Veg Sandwich Ingredients

  • 6 piece of bread
  • 50 gm butter
  • 1 cucumber 
  • 1 potato
  • 1 beet
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Sandwich Masala or Chaat Masala
  • Tomato Sauce / Tomato Catchup
  • Salt to taste

 

Bombay Veg Sandwich Recipe

  1. First, boil the potatoes and beetroot and take them out.
  2. Then cut thin slices of onion, tomato, beet, potato, and cucumber.
  3. Corner of slices of bread or if you want, cut out the whole sides with a knife.
  4. Now take the slices of bread and put butter on it and then apply green chutney or sandwich sauce.
  5. After that put sliced ​​tomatoes, potatoes, and cucumber slices on a bread slice.
  6. Sprinkle sandwich masala or chaat masala over it.
  7. Now take another butter and sandwich chutney with sliced ​​bread slices and put beetroot, potato, and onion slices on it.
  8. Sprinkle sandwich masala or chaat masala over it.
  9. Now place a third bread slice on it and press it and make sandwiches.
  10. Repeat this process and make another sandwich.
  11. After this, if you want, according to your choice and convenience, keep it on a plate and cut it into 2-4-6 pieces or keep it intact.
  12. After cutting, sprinkle sandwich masala or chaat masala over it.
  13. Your Bombay veg sandwich is ready.
  14. Now serve it with tomato sauce and green chutney.

 

Note: You can also use capsicum, carrot, and other vegetables as per your choice.

If you do not like an onion, do not use it.
